Heather Jo (Fernandez) Hinkle

Heather Jo Hinkle, 39, of Amarillo, died on Sunday, February 19, 2017 in Amarillo.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 pm Thursday, February 23, 2017 at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church, 4500 West Hills Trail, with Rev. Jim Schmitmeyer as celebrant.   Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia, Amarillo, Texas 79110.

Heather was born on September 4, 1977 in Kadena, Japan to Hector and Julita Fernandez.  She was always happy and smiling.  She never had a mean thing to say about anyone, except her cancer.  She is already missed.

She is survived by her husband, Joshua Hinkle; two sons, Justin and Alexander Hinkle, all of Amarillo; her parents, Hector and Julie Fernandez; and two siblings, Michelle and Ira.
