Audrey Marie Rabin

Audrey Marie Rabin, age 70, of Amarillo, died December 20, 2023, at her home.

Audrey was born in Amarillo to her parents, George and Gladys Ingram.

She devoted over thirty-seven years to Xcel Energy as Store Keeper, running the tool rum and purchasing.  Audrey was a devoted servant to her Lord and Savior.  She was both a deaconess and an usher at her beloved church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church.  She married James Rabin in Amarillo on May 24, 1998.

Audrey was the epitome of a faithful wife and mother.  She adored her children and grandchildren. She was a strong, caring, and at times opinionated woman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and four sisters.

Audrey is survived by her husband, James; two daughters, Chanelle Davis and Jamoya Brown, both of Amarillo; a son Jesse brown of Odessa; a sister, Gladys Diggs; nine grandchildren, Kalaundra Gardner, Ja’Cory Demerson, Trequell Brown, Tamera Gardner, Jessie Brown IV, Tavian Gardner, Audgene Coleman, Aubrey Toms and Ahnyia Toms; and several great-grandchildren.
