Betty was a devoted Christian woman whose greatest joy was studying her Bible, listening to praise music, and sharing her faith with others. She especially cherished daily scripture readings and prayer, which brought her comfort and strength throughout her life.
As longtime members of Kingswood United Methodist Church, Betty and Wally were deeply supportive of the children’s and youth programs, often giving their time, prayers, and encouragement to help nurture the next generation.
Betty had a gentle spirit and a love for simple joys. She treasured her collections of Precious Moments figurines, enjoyed working crossword puzzles, and rarely missed an opportunity to play her favorite game—Bingo. She found delight in watching Little House on the Prairie and could never resist a slice of Mr. Gatti’s pepperoni pizza, which she happily declared her favorite.
Above all, Betty loved her family deeply. She prayed faithfully for those around her, always reflecting the love of Christ in her words and actions. Betty’s life was a testament to her unwavering faith and the joy she found in God’s blessings, both big and small. She will be remembered for her kindness, her devotion, and the warmth she brought into the lives of everyone who knew her.
