Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017 in Memory Gardens Cemetery with Rev. Corky Holland officiating.
Hayden was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Gary Warren; and her great-aunt, Dena Jan Lewis.
Hayden is survived by her parents, Taylor and Sheryl Warren; one sister, Hannah Warren; maternal grandparents, Rhonda Stacey and Bob Stacey; paternal grandmother, Doloris Smith and husband Gene Smith; great-grandmother, Mary Warren; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
