James H. Schumacher

James H. Schumacher, 71 of Tucumcari passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia, Amarillo, Texas 79110.

James was born September 22, 1946 in San Lois Obisbo, CA to Lloyd and Margaret Schumacher. He married Virginia Ruth Padgett in El Paso on August 19, 1971.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a granddaughter, Terrah Koel Trainer in 2004.

James is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ruth; a daughter, Sandy Moore of Tucumcari, NM; a brother, Rodney Schumacher and wife Carrol of Waco, TX; three grandchildren, Melody Farrelly, Adam Young, and Brandon Trainer; and four great-grandchildren, Gabi, Eli, Aaron, and Aiden.
