Janice M. Allen
Born January 26, 1961 passed early in the morning of August 26th 2021.
She was preceeded by her mother, Ila L. Mayes, her sister Barbara Mayes, and her partner Alan Phillips. She is survived by her children Stephen C. Allen, Timothy W. Allen, and Laurel N. Southern, her grandson Matthew Allen and sister Cynthia Shanteau.
She was loved and will be sorely missed.
