Larry was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to Larry Don and Morene Keesee on August 19, 1968. He proudly served in the US Marines. On May 18, 1996 he married the love of his life, Janice Bishop in Lovington, New Mexico. Together the couple would raise their two children in a Christ filled home. Larry was a multifaceted man, who was quick-witted, never met a stranger, loved to fish, the Dallas Cowboys and had a true servant’s heart. He was a man of God and he constantly reached out to those in need and he especially felt lead to assist single mothers. Perhaps his most treasured activity was spending time with his family. As a quality control inspector in the oil field, he was away from his family much of the time, so every single minute that he could spend with them was cherished.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife Janice; his daughter Jescelin Hardy of Canyon, his son Larry Don Hardy III and his partner Channing Taylor of Amarillo; step-sisters, Barbara Haile and Karen Tanner; his brothers, Gary Thompson and Rob Hardy; his mother-in-law Lillie Bishop and his step-mother, Linda Hardy.
