Norma Jean Bills, age 79, died Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
She was born June 1, 1933 in Amarillo, Texas to James Elmo Casey, Jr. and Virginia Nobles-Taylor. She graduated from Amarillo High School. She married Charles G. "Chuck" Bills on February 4, 1950.
Her husband; Mother; Father; brother, Bobby Casey; and sister, Teresa Kay Fuller, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Dennis Bills; her daughters, DeLynn Tuttle and Debbie Wallis and husband Les; three grandchildren, Kaley Ward and husband Bubba; Charlie Tuttle and wife Casey; Kristy Peace and husband Seth; three great-grandchildren, McKyna Ward, Caitlyn Tuttle, and Jordyn Ward; and many other family and friends whom will all miss her dearly.
Mrs. Bills was cremated and at her request, there will be no services.
