Pamela Marie Rowe, of Amarillo, Texas, left this life on September 23, 2026, to be with her Lord and Savior. She was 77 years old.

Born December 18, 1949, in Fort Collins, Colorado, to Leonard and Fern (Wilson) Krohn, she attended and was educated in Colorado schools and moved to Kansas in 1969.

She married James Schaffer on August 15, 1970, and they had two children who survive, Misty (Schaffer) Kennedy and Taylor Schaffer, both of Amarillo. That marriage ended on February 17, 1979.

She married Alvin Douglas Rowe in Lakin, Kansas. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2019. They were married for 40 years. They moved to Amarillo in 2009 to be closer to their grandkids, of which there are five, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Bryan Fox. She is also survived by a brother, Larry Fox of Hutchinson, Kansas.

She belonged through the years to the Kansas Jaycee Jaynes, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and was a member of the Kansas Public Accountants Association. She also was active teaching Adult Bible Studies.
