Patsy is survived by her husband, Jerry H. Burling; her son, Mark Burling; two brothers, Dale Heiskell and his wife Marylou, and Leland Heiskell and his wife Judy; two nephews; and two nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Ella Heiskell; and a son, Brent Burling.
