Patrick Edison "Pat" Powell, 65, passed away on July 13, 2026, in Amarillo, Texas.

Pat was born in Amarillo, Texas, to Mike and Kay Powell. He served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps before beginning a career as an HVAC technician.

Pat shared nearly 30 years with his wife, Becky Powell. Together they built a life of memories with their children. Fond memories include a Christmas in the New Mexico mountains, camping trips, and skiing adventures.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Kay Powell, and his brother, David Powell.

He is survived by his wife, Becky Powell; his sons, Brandon Webb, Michael Webb, and James Powell; his daughter-in-law, Bradyn Powell; and his cherished grandchildren, Marlee Webb, Owen Powell, and Ethan Powell.

Throughout various times in life, Pat enjoyed a variety of hobbies. He enjoyed making model cars, camping, skiing, and spending time in the mountains, where he had hoped to eventually make his home. He also loved to celebrate the Fourth of July and New Year's with countless fireworks.

Pat was raised in the Baptist faith and attended First Baptist Church of Amarillo during his childhood. He continued to carry his Christian faith throughout his life.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Aaron Robinson, who lovingly cared for Pat during the final year of his life. Her compassion, dedication, and kindness brought comfort to Pat and meant more to the family than words can express.

The family is grateful for the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.
