Patrick Aaron Sharp, 42, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025. Born on August 25, 1982, in Lubbock, Texas, Aaron was the beloved eldest of three siblings and a beautiful soul who brought light and laughter to everyone around him.
Aaron was known for his humor, warmth, and thoughtful spirit. (Let’s be honest, his humor and sarcasm definitely shined). As fun and sarcastic as he could be, he had a heart that made space for everyone—family, friends, and even strangers.
A passionate cook, Aaron found joy in creating meals and memories around the kitchen and at the table. He loved to travel and treasured every moment spent with his family and friends. His presence was comforting, his laughter infectious, and his love enduring.
Aaron is survived by his loving mother, Arlene Sharp; his sister, Reagan Maldonado, and brother-in-law Eddie; his brother, Daniel Sharp, and sister-in-law, Kelli; his nephews Adrian Maldonado, Christian Maldonado, Shane Amaya, Saeben Maldonado, and Eddie “Peanut” Maldonado, better known by Aaron as Bob; his niece, Soleil Maldonado; and two great nieces, Lux & Vera Amaya. An extended family that loved him so, and many friends that he considered family. Each of them carries a piece of Aaron in their hearts and memories.
