Peggy Lee Roberson

Peggy was born September 29, 1950 in Lawton, Oklahoma to Jack and Lucille Webb Long. She was born ¼ Comanche and was a member of the Comanche Roll. The family moved to Amarillo and she attended Palo Duro High School. She met Gary Roberson and they married in Biloxi, Mississippi on April 16, 1976. They spent most of their married life in Tulsa, returning to Amarillo in 2008. She was a devoted wife and mother, and an adoring grandmother.
She is survived by her husband, Gary; two sons, Michael Ransom of Arkansas and Thomas Ransom of Geronimo, OK; her mother, Lucille Edwards of Snyder, OK and her mother-in-law Luzelle Lowe of Amarillo; three grandchildren, Gary Thomas Ransom, Timothy Edward Ransom and Sylvia Re?nee Ransom; three sisters-in law Kay Gunkel, Gaye McKinney, and Melody French; a brother-in-law, Rodney Roberson; and her four-legged daughter, Cassidy.
