Shirley Jean Cline

Mrs. Cline was born June 25, 1939, to Rufus Jarrell and Nell Rozelle Jarrell in Amarillo, Texas. She married the love of her life, Murel “Sonny” Cline in 1958. Mrs. Cline worked 17 years at Region 16 Education Service Center, retiring in October 2008. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her life revolved around her children and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by her son, Terry Cline, in 2001
SURVIVORS: Husband, Murel “Sonny” Cline; one daughter, Dura “Dee Dee” Lake of Roanoke, Texas; three sons, Larry Bartholomew of Lubbock, Texas; Martin Cline of Amarillo; Frankie Cline of Keller, Texas; three sisters, Ramona Cooper of Lyons, Georgia; Joyce Welch of Amarillo; and Linda Nicholson of Grand Prairie, Texas; sixteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
