Shoghi Badi Sanchez

Shoghi Badi Sanchez, 48, of Joplin, Missouri passed away December 3, 2021.

Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m., Friday, December 17, 2021 at Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 18, 2021 at St. Martin’s Catholic Church, 1507 N. Adams. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Shoghi was born August 2, 1973 in Amarillo, TX to Thomas Sanchez and Angelina “Nina” Espinosa. He graduated from Nimitz High School in Irving, TX and worked in management for several beverage companies. Shoghi was friendly and made friends any and everywhere he went. He enjoyed watching college football and cheering on Michigan and spending time with his daughter.

He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Duane Laudie Hibl; and his grandmother, Julia Espinosa.

Shoghi is survived by his daughter, Sophia Angelina of Missouri; sister, Kimberly Ester and husband, Brandon; his mother, Nina Hibl; 2 nephews, Jameson and Cohen; and niece, Emmalyn all of Amarillo, TX.
