Timothy D. Felker, beloved husband, father, and friend, passed away at age 58 and entered into heaven on November 27, 2023, in Amarillo, Texas.

The funeral mass will be on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas, followed by interment at Llano East Cemetery.  The funeral mass will be live-streamed; please visit "amarillo.church" which is the St. Thomas website.

Tim was born on April 22, 1965, in Borger, Texas, to Berniece Glenn and Mary Bridget Felker. He graduated from Borger High School in 1983 and received his Associate of Arts from Frank Phillips College.  Tim was a devout member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.  Tim worked as a roofing contractor for 28 years. His dedication to serving his clients with honesty and excellence earned him the respect and admiration of everyone he encountered.

Tim married April Stotts on September 12, 1998, and they had two children, Hannah and Lucas.  He was a devoted husband and supportive father who never missed one of his children's extra-curricular events. Tim had a passion for sports and encouraged his kids, nieces, nephews, as well as their friends to pursue their own athletic goals.

Tim was a gifted musician and guitar collector.  He taught guitar lessons for many years, but his greatest source of pride was passing on that talent to his children.

Tim was a gift-giver in every sense of the word.  Whether it was a thoughtful gift, card, or a short visit, he prioritized bringing joy to those around him.  He had a knack for brightening someone’s day and making them feel special, and that is a gift that will continue to live on in the hearts of many.  His devotion to God, family, and friends is something we should all strive to achieve.  Tim’s memory will forever resonate as a beacon of hope and love, inspiring us to cherish the time we have with our loved ones.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and by his siblings, Mary Lasley, Anne Felker, Michael Felker, Dennis Felker, Barry Felker, and Senan “Bep” Felker.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of twenty-five years, April; his children Hannah and Lucas Felker; his sister Sheila Elliott and her husband Mark of Fritch;  his sister-in-law, Paula Felker, his brothers, Kevin Felker, Ferrin “Ernie” Felker and his wife Karen, and Bren Felker, all of Borger; his in-laws, Tommy and Gail Stotts;  his brother-in-law Steven Stotts; many nieces and nephews; and his beloved puppies, Bodhi and Otis.
