Wanda Elizabeth Bryant, 70, of Amarillo, passed peacefully in her home on November 15, 2024.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 2 pm, at Llano Cemetery, 2900 S. Hayes Street.
Wanda was born on January 22, 1954, to Betty Jean and Teddy Dee Bryant. Wanda was the oldest of five children and graduated from Amarillo High School in 1972. She enjoyed many different employment opportunities, ranging from being an elementary school crossing guard to a Mary Kay Consultant, but her most important job was being a Mother. She had a love for animals and for her family. Later in life Wanda enjoyed taking care of her chickens and her very much loved cat “Oreo”.
Wanda was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, cousin, and aunt by many.
Wanda is survived by her two children, son Troy K. and husband Shawn M. Burchard of Lubbock, Texas, her daughter Tamy and wife Laura Ybarra of Canyon, Texas, and her three grandchildren, Lanta Klamm, August Klamm and Olivia Ybarra. Wanda is also survived by her Mother Betty Jean Bryant and partner Ronnie Post of Amarillo, brother Danny Bryant and wife, Tereasa of Cleburne, Texas, brother Teddy Bryant and wife Kristie of Camden, South Carolina, sister Julie Fletcher and partner Richard Miller of Geary, Oklahoma, and many nieces and nephews. Wanda is preceded in death by her father, Theodore Bryant, and her brother, Robbie Bryant.
