Beth Adams Serratt

Beth Adams Serratt, 81, died April 20, 2020 in Amarillo.

Private graveside service will be Wednesday, April 22, 2020 in Llano Cemetery Mausoleum with Delbert Serratt as officiant. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Beth was born in Clayton, N.M. on May 21, 1938 to Pete and Maurine Adams. She was a member of Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, where she directed DRESS child development center. She participated in CASA and served her community as a foster parent. She married Kenneth Serratt (1934-2005) and settled in Amarillo to start her career and her family.

She is survived by her children Kenny and wife Karrie, Karen and husband Ward, Kristi, and Kolby; her sister Karen Smith and brother Jim Adams; and seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Beth enjoyed conversations, coffee, courtroom dramas, music, and reading. Her memorial will be held at a later date.
