Doris Coles

Doris Coles, 71, of Amarillo died December 19, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Schooler Funeral Home Brentwood Chapel. Burial will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Doris was born August 25, 1947 in Henrietta, OK. She married Roger Coles in Amarillo. Doris owned and operated Lawndale Bingo Concessions.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Bessie Coleman; son, Dion Thompson; and sister, Donna Faye Smith; and brother, Donald Smith.

Doris is survived by her husband, Roger Coles; sons, Ricky Coles and wife Samantha, and Allen Thompson both of Amarillo; daughters, Ashley McClendon and husband Colton of Amarillo, Christena Thompson and husband Pat of Amarillo, and Starla Longo of Flower Mound; sisters, Diannia Hart Wagner and Davita Hart both of Amarillo; and brothers, Jimmy and Johnny both of Oklahoma and Sammy Guthrie; and 10 grandchildren.
