Dorothy Hadley

Dorothy “Nadine” Hadley, 82, of Amarillo died February 17, 2020.

Rosary will be said at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 4100 S. Coulter. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 20, 2020 at the church. Interment will follow in Llano Cemetery. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born December 28, 1937 in Pampa, TX to Leo and Louise Maloney. She married Johnny “Red” Hadley on June 14, 1956. Dorothy was an incredible lady, a fantastic mother and wife and an amazing family member and friend. She was a basketball coach for many years and was always very family oriented.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Louise Maloney; and sister, Pat Knapp.

Dorothy is survived by her husband Johnny “Red” Hadley; children, Jennifer Prock and husband Cecil, Johnny Hadley, Jr. and wife Pam, Mickey Hadley and wife Jerri Ka and Mary Loving and husband Barry; siblings, Elaine Bush of Amarillo, Janet Lane and husband George of Blufton, SC, Jacque Wakefield and husband Bob of Borger and Buster Maloney and wife Cindy of Denton, TX; 23 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren.
