Jackie Lee Langley

Jackie Lee Langley, 47, of Amarillo, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 20th, 2019.

Memorial Services will be Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and will be officiated by Pastor Eddie Johnson. Family will receive friends on Monday, February 25 at 6:00 P.M. at Schooler Funeral Home.

Jackie was born on March 26th 1971 in Hereford Texas to Juan and Maria Barrientez.   She was the oldest daughter in a family of 7 children and is described as the heart of the family.

She is survived by her parents, one daughter Helen Hammonds and her husband Hayden, one sister Nicole Fuller and her husband Jason, five brothers, Juan Barrientez and his wife Patricia, Robert Barrientez, Edward Barrientez and his wife Emma, Roman Barrientez and his wife Lori, and Jonathan Barrientez.  She is also survived by many nieces and nephews who will always remember her as “Aunt Jackie.”

Outside of her relationship with Christ, there was nothing more important to Jackie than her family.  She was her daughter’s best friend and had an extraordinarily close relationship with her nieces and nephews.  Jackie was supportive to all her family members regardless of the circumstance.  Her willingness to encourage and support others with her patience and love will be greatly missed.
