Joseph Taylor Powell, 29, of Amarillo died May 16, 2020.

Joseph was born April 12, 1991 in Kansas City, MO to Joseph and Armanda Powell. He married Nicole Flynn on October 3, 2014. Joseph was a fantastic baseball player, loved to draw and write poetry. He enjoyed hiking, camping and BBQ’s with friends and family. Joseph was very kind hearted.

He is survived by his wife Nicole Powell; children, Haven and Zachary Powell; brother, Jacob Powell; and parents, Joseph and Armanda Powell.

The family suggests memorials be made to Mental Health/Suicide Awareness.
