Kaye Gallas Walker-Greb passed away on October 30, 2021 in Amarillo, Texas at the age of 82.

Memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at Hillside Christian Church Chapel, 6100 S. Soncy. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home.

Kaye was born on October 12, 1939 in Amarillo, TX to Frank Isaac and Audrey Bateman Gallas. Kaye graduated from Amarillo High School in 1957.  She was a multi-faceted individual that enjoyed everything from drag-racing to art to fashion to fishing.  Kaye had a talent for oil paintings and shared that with family and friends alike. She owned and managed Maggie’s Boutique from 1980 until she closed the business in 1994.

Kaye married Wayne Greb on September 5, 1993 in Amarillo.  The couple relocated to Kingwood in 1996 where they lived until moving to Arlington in 2004.  After enjoying eleven years in the Metroplex, they returned to Amarillo in 2016.

Kaye adored her family, friends and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed visiting different National Parks to fish and take in the views.  Her love for fishing was evident in the way she taught her children and grandchildren to cast a line.  Some of her most cherished times were spent in Red River, NM with her loved ones.

Her daughter Kelly Kaye Walker-Saunders and her brother Don Gallas preceded her in death.

Kaye is survived by her husband Wayne; her sons Kevin Eugene Walker and his wife Victoria of Arlington, and Kameron Isaac Walker and his wife Jill of Amarillo; her step daughters, Robyn Lynne Greb Burchfiel and husband Steve of Austin, and Bethany Judith Greb Lester and her husband Bryce of Mckinney, TX; her son-in-law Richard Saunders of Angel Fire, NM; and her grandchildren, Amanda Saunders, Erin Saunders, Eric Saunders, Jackson and Caroline Walker, Campbell and Channing Walker, Savannah and Addie Burchfiel, and Mason Lester.
